Ubuntu 20.04 LTS has been release recently.
While exploring the same I could not get the "Ubuntu Software" application working. i.e. explore software tab, installed tab showed up blank. Seems similar glitch was there in earlier version.
The issue can be resolved by changing the language setting to English UK or English US.
Goto Settings >> Region & Language
Set languages as specified above. Restart or logout for the effect to take place.
Now start the "Ubuntu Software" application again. You should see all the icons and package lists.
This worked for me. Hope this is useful for you too.
